Beetlebugs terms and conditions of business.

1)    In the event of Beetlebugs being unable to provide the booked vehicle due to conditions out of our control, for example:  severe traffic delays, bad weather or mechanical failure a full refund shall be given plus an additional amount equalling 1/3rd of the total booking cost.

2)    Child seats are the responsibility of the parents or guardians and will be fitted where possible.

3)    Any personal belongings left in the vehicles are not the responsibility of the driver or Beetlebugs.

4)    No alcoholic beverages will be given to under age passengers

5)    The driver is responsible for the vehicle and his decision is final.

6)    Wherever possible requests for alternative photograph locations will be accepted, but not guaranteed unless previously advised.

7)    Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
